New York Properties
New York, New York—they don’t call it the greatest city in the world for no reason! As center of art, culture, fashion, and finance, New York City is the major global hub and boasts the world’s most famous skyline, featuring the Empire State Building, the Freedom Tower, and the Statue of Liberty. Beyond NYC, New York State is also home to many natural attractions, including Niagara Falls, the Adirondack Mountains, and two of the Great Lakes, Lake Erie and Lake Ontario.
Home to our corporate office in Philadelphia, the city of brotherly love! Sometimes called the “Birthplace of America”, Philadelphia is known for its historical sites (including Independence Hall, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, and the Liberty Bell), it’s sports teams (Go Phils!), and, of course, the cheesesteaks!
As the second largest and second most populous state in the USA, the great state of Texas is home to diverse landscapes of forests, prairies, and deserts; its many major cities; and its hospitable people. Houston, also known as Space City due to its NASA Space Center, is a huge hub for nightlife, museums, diversity, and arts. A great place for food lovers! Texas is renowned for its burgers, barbeques, and sizzling hot chili.

But more than the white sandy beaches, Florida is home to hubs of nightlife and the arts, a thriving urban industry, and pockets of culture dispersed throughout the state. Orlando, one of Florida’s biggest cities, is one of the world’s premier tourist destinations, and is home to some of the greatest theme parks in the world, including Walt Disney World and Universal Resort.
Called “The Empire State of the South”, Georgia is a diverse, scenic state full of southern charm and hospitality. Atlanta, Georgia’s largest city, combines the old elegance of the south with a sleek, modern urbanism, making it one of the hippest, most thriving cities in the US, full of restaurants, nightlife, museums and gardens. Outside of Atlanta, Georgia is also known for its gorgeous beaches and beautiful forests.
Also known as “The Crossroads of America”, Indianapolis, known as ‘Indy’, is a thriving hub for museums, arts, theatres, restaurants, and clubs. Thousands of people flock to this city every year to see the world famous race, the Indy 500. Outside of the city, Indiana is a beautiful state of many parks, prairies, national forests, and deep caves.
The state of Ohio is located within the Great Lakes region of the United States and is the 7th most populated state in the country. Ohio’s largest city and the state’s capital is Columbus, Ohio which is also the home to Ohio State University, Franklin University, Capital University, and Ohio Dominican University.
Maryland is a Mid-Atlantic state that’s defined by its abundant waterways and coastlines on the Chesapeake Bay and Atlantic Ocean. Its largest city, Baltimore, has a long history as a major seaport. Fort McHenry, birthplace of the U.S. national anthem, sits at the mouth of Baltimore’s Inner Harbor, home to the National Aquarium and Maryland Science Center.
Known as The Great Lakes State, Michigan is a great place to call home! Whether you are a Spartan, Wolverine, Laker, Bronco, or a graduate of any of Michigan’s many other colleges and universities, you will be welcomed at our communities in the Detroit area. Detroit’s history as Motown and the Car Capital of the World opens the doors to rich history, entertainment, education, and more for our residents. Our communities are close to all the area has to offer, including the Detroit Zoo, Lawrence Tech, and several of Michigan’s more than 600 golf courses. Come home to American’s High Five!
Midwestern region, Michigan is one of the most populous states in the U.S. The city of Detroit is known as the car capital of the world and has the second largest population in the Midwest. Home to the University of Michigan, Michigan State University, and hundreds of other colleges, many students choose to reside in Michigan to receive their college education. But besides education, this state has more entertainment, shopping, and dining then you can imagine. From zoos and aquariums, to an eventful night life, Michigan has activities for all ages to enjoy.
New Jersey Properties
Also known as “The Garden State”, New Jersey has the highest percentage of urban population in the U.S. with several beach towns which draws in lots of tourism. With a mix of small liberal arts colleges to large colleges, New Jersey is home to several colleges including Rutgers University, Princeton University, New Brunswick, and the College of New Jersey. New Jersey is a booming city which continues to grow on a yearly basis.
