Gold Oller Real Estate Investments announces its acquisition of Bridgewater and Preston Creek Apartment

GoldOller Real Estate Investments announced its acquisition of Bridgeview Apartments and the Preston Creek Apartments, both in metropolitan Atlanta, for $90 million. With these acquisitions, GoldOller expands its Atlanta operation to include eight apartment communities containing more than 2,300 units.
